Shrimps
Taste-Me Oyster Flavoured Sauce
Taste-Me Thai Chili Sauce
Spring onion
White pepper
Salt
Sugar
Corn starch
Cooking oil
How To Cook?
Step 1: Hand chop and mince the shrimps until it becomes a paste consistency
Step 2: Add in spring onion, white pepper, salt, sugar and Taste-Me Oyster Flavoured Sauce, mix well with corn starch.
Step 3: Add in cooking oil and turn the heat to medium high. Add in the shrimp patties and pan fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4: Ready to serve with Taste-Me Thai Chili Sauce.
